The service assistant was very helpful but despite ringing Barons to say we were coming to collect the car nobody passed the message on to the assistant and as a result the car had not been cleaned. Car was filthy.

The staff were very friendly and professional and I was happy with the work done on my car but the centre was unable to provide me with a replacement car when the MOT machine broke down and my car had to be kept overnight.

We have got a fantastic car from Barons and feel that all staff have really taken a clear and professional interest in getting it exactly right for us.We were very well looked after and someone even got a bowl of water for the dog without us asking!

Enam was perfect. Fantastic guy, giving us all the assistance we needed, 7 days a week, without being at all pushy (which really puts us off). He was amazing. He even got my initials in the reg plate!

Enam (sales representative) was very good. The one criticism (not at Enam) would be how impenetrable the Mini list of options is and how one pack replaces things in other packs. I’m still not entirely certain what our car has.

Generally excellent service, but very slow and chaotic pickup this time I’m afraid. Had to wait a very long time to be seen and then even after paying had to wait a long time for car to be brought around. This was a shame as usu very good.
