The second attempt finish my original service it was parked in such a way someone hit it so it's being collected today for your body shop to repair it...i have now had to be without my car for approx 4 days depending on how long the paint job takes..
Staff super helpful. Mark Newman ensures Car was ready and all work competed to the standard expected.
Organisation is (and has always been) a total shambles. eg latest visit: 1 hour after service the oil warning comes one, when I finally manged to talk to them, turns out they noticed oil was low but didn't mention it because this was a brake service
Both the reception staff and service team were excellent
Video is very good and my car was returned washed. At all times I was kept updated as to what was going on and potential cost by Sophie - it was an overall excellent experience

The battery was not checked and is not in good condition. The woman on the phone when I rang about collecting my car was very rude and told me no one would be there when I arrived - I had to pay the train fare anyway as I was already on my way. No o
I understand that the work would take some time but if I had known how long I would have rescheduled the appointment and asked for a courtesy car. Communication was not good at Barons

Work done on the car was value for money, and at the moment I have no issue. The communication and time to complete the work was something else. As well as being told the car will get a wash.... as is usual from mini, No wash even.
Great service, pick up and delivery
Car was taken at agreed time, I was kept informed by text as to progress of warranty check and MOT. Collection time was made convenient for me by very helpful showroom assistant. Car in good order and had been cleaned.

My car was not completed that day & was returned the following day, I agreed to this but it was not ideal, when it was returned I notices a relatively deep scratch on the car, the garage have agreed to fix it but I have not heard anything from them.
As above. Also I had been told that the car would be valeted after completion of the work but when I collected it it hadnt been.
No apology for car fault after just 2 weeks use. Very poor communication. Bad attitude. Eventually Louis was helpful.
