They were able to accommodate the fact my wife was heavily pregnant and need the car back the same day. In fact the man who booked me in on the day put our service to the front of the queue.

I Booked a service told theres a recall. And I would get my car back, that day and be contacted by 6.30pm once again I had to call at around 7pm car was brought to me no paper work at 8.20pm and told pop in soon and we will clean your car lol

I received a call that my MOT and service was due. during the call, i was told that there was no booking before my MOT expired, he encouraged me to book MOT elsewhere and returned for my service. i was really touched by this action and felt valued

car not washed at agreed pick up time. Brake pads not replaced but one week later I have car computer telling to replace.

The repair was carried out on the last day of my warranty - initially I was told I would have to pay, or part pay, despite it being picked up as a fault at the MOT the week before. I had to ring for clarification (i.e that I wouldn't have to pay).

Really poor communication. The car was serviced 5 weeks prior to its recent visit (horn stopped working) yet numerous issues were found with the car. Why were they not mentioned when services. I am convinced that they make it up. I won't be back

Only thing I'd have preferred to be different would be to have been told a bit earlier about the warnings on the MOT so I could have asked that they be fixed on the day.

Staff generally disinterested; £15 delivery fee; Quoted £12 per wheel to swap the wheels from front to rear (for even tyre wear). £57.60 inc VAT. It's your business, you can quote what you like, also seemed completely disinterested in doing it.

It took a long time to get my mini back, I was kept in the loop but there were a few missed promises. I was disappointed at how much it cost. The waiting times were fairly long at pick up and drop off.
