Lovely repair work on my car. Location was perfect for me. Meraz was perfect, made me a coffee and clearly explained what has happened with my mini. Also lovely wash and vacuum.

It is always impossible to get through on the phone when trying to book the car in. Most of the time it is on VM.

given wrong information on the length of time for service was told 90 mins on the phone but this was not correct, ignored while waited not offered any refreshments and the attitude of the lady who wanted to take my payment was unacceptable
